Demi Lovato gets a manicure while she naps and we're the most jealous.

Napping and manicuring: Demi Lovato is on her multitasking grind!

Apparently we've had it wrong this entire time. Here we thought that the definition of being a baller was having a pajama party on your private jet, or better yet, BOOKING A TRIP TO LITERAL OUTER SPACE. But nope, NONE OF THAT even compares to Demi Lovato's "NAPICURE," i.e. that one time the "Heart Attack" singer got a manicure while napping. Because a true baller KNOWS how to multitask.

Posting her "napicure" to Twitter, Demi captioned: "Just took an hour nap and woke up with THE BEST nails!!!! Hahaha." To which we say, #UNREAL. While there's no word on why Demi was so tired in the first place (although we also tend to fall asleep when the manicurist gets to the hand massage part), we have a feeling it could have something to do with her judging role on the upcoming season of "The X Factor," promoting her bangin' new single, "Made In The USA," and/or her e-book! Either way, Demi, we commend you for having the balls to ask for what you want! Also: You should probably BOOK it to your lawyer's office STAT to copyright the word "napicure." Can't you see it? A salon full of pink beds, 9,000 thread-count Egyptian sheets, nails, and naps?? Genius.

Demi Lovato and Paulina Rubio pose with Simon Cowell who looks a little TOO happy about it.

Lookie here: Simon Cowell's hanging out with the girls-only "X Factor" posse!

For this upcoming season of "The X Factor," we thought it was gonna be three "X Factor" girls against one probably terrified Simon Cowell. But apparently Paulina Rubio, Demi Lovato, and Kelly Rowland (not pictured above, but obvs there in spirit) are open to including Simon in the lovefest every now and then! And can we just say that Simon looks straight PLEASED with himself? Because somehow he's fashioned a life where he gets to be surrounded by gorgeous women all the time? Which obviously includes the above ladies, as well as former "X Factor" judge Britney Spears.

We also have to point out that this entire crew is giving SERIOUS face right here! Demi is all "girl next door with bangin' blonde hair"/"Made In The USA" smiles, Paulina is werquing a major model pose, and Simon is just thrilled to be around all that estrogen! In fact, on Paulina's ability to give UNREAL face, Demi captioned: "WERK PAU PAU!!!!" We totally agree, and we can't wait to see how this bestie dynamic unfolds on screen. Specifically: whether or not the besties can stay besties once the competition gets heated. This tight-knit posse might look all kissy-kissy right now, but at the end of the day, we both know that each judge will stop at NOTHING to win. Even if that means going into the frenemy zone. Oops, did we say that out loud? It's not our fault; they were thinking it, too!

Even while being bombarded by fans, Demi Lovato is a professional waver in London!

To all future pageant wavers: Study Demi Lovato's accordingly.

If you ever become famous, there are a few things you're required to do. First, accept any and all free designer clothing that might come your way. Second, if you win an award, attempt to master the difficult yet necessary Taylor Swift surprised face. Third, and perhaps most important, LEARN THE BEAUTY PAGEANT WAVE! You know, the one that all Miss America Pageant contestants (and Louis Tomlinson, oddly!?) rock professionally. Just follow Demi Lovato's lead! And LOOK AT THAT FORM! Can anyone say #composure?

Demi and her perfect wave (and bangin' new blonde hair) were snapped yesterday out and about in London. After seeing this pic, we also can't help but give the "X Factor" judge a few extra points, because did you know that she pulled out this graceful wave while being bombarded by a hoard of obsessed Lovatics?! (Kind of like that time she was accosted at LAX, but a little more intense!) I mean, it's one thing to whip out the wave at a casual press conference, but it's QUITE another to stay THAT composed while being being rushed by fans. Also, if that wave doesn't say this gal was "Made In The USA," then we don't know what does! That ish is all-American, baby.

Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio haven't even started working together on "The X Factor" yet, but are already BFFs.

First official "X Factor" girl judges selfie!

It's official, y'all! Not only have the new "X Factor" judges been confirmed (FYI, they are Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio), but they're THE MOST STUNNING! And sure, it's tough to fill Britney Spears' shoes (stilettos?), but judging by Demi Lovato's latest pic of her and her new "X Factor" posse (minus Simon Cowell), the girls are going to have the beauty game ON LOCK next season. Like, the lock-est of locks. Also, SO MANY SPRING OUTFIT COLORS! Way to keep it interesting, ladies!

Demi and her co-lady judges snapped the "X Factor" selfie in Charleston, S.C., during the first round of auditions. Demi tweeted: "LOVE THESE GIRLS!!! @KELLYROWLAND & @paurubio #Xfactor #girlpower." Seriously, we know Demi gave Simon a run for his money last year, and we have a feeling she's going to have some anti-Simon cohorts in Kelly and Paulina. With their powers combined, these girls don't look like they'll take ANY of Simon's BS, and they'll look GORGE while they do it!
