Hayley Williams picks Justin Timberlake's nose.

Oh, just an average day in Hayley Williams' life: picking Justin Timberlake's nose.

Have you ever wondered what an average day of being in Paramore would feel like? No, really, have you ever just sat back and wondered what an enormous superstar like Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams does on a regular basis? Because one MIGHT assume it's stuff like taking baths with caviar and flying in Swarovski-encrusted PJs -- essentially getting to do whatever the eff you want, right? Well, the "whatever the eff you want" part was dead on... we just didn't think Hayley's activity of choice would be "picking" (a poster of) Justin Timberlake's nose! But now that we know, we say: HECK YEAH!

Part of their "A Day In The Life" feature on RollingStone.com, the "Still Into You" singer posted a photo of herself casually clearing out Justin's bat in the cave on Paramore's Instagram. So, mixed in with photos of the band being totally badass and playing sold-out shows are SUPER GEMS like this one. Whatever, we say you do you. Also, we're sure Justin really appreciates the help! NOTHING is worse than when someone doesn't tell you when you have something in your nose!

Paramore's Hayley Williams whips her hair like a boss on stage in New Jersey.

Everyone bow down to Hayley Williams and her stellar hair whip!

Some rock stars, like Paramore's Hayley Williams, are born with a special gene that allows them to DOMINATE the hair-whipping game! It's a talent that Willow Smith, Taylor Momsen, and even Demi Lovato have mastered, but because Hayley wins at everything, here's a photo of her taking down every other whip in history. Just TRY not to get hypnotized by the beautiful rainbow-follicle brilliance. Seriously, this is better than any shampoo commercial we've ever seen!

The "Still Into You" singer was snapped rocking the EFF out during her performance at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, N.J. Aside from kinda looking a little bit like Jem from "Jem and The Holograms" (which is a HUGE compliment), we can't get over the actual agility it takes to nail this move. Does Hayley have some sort of personal hair-whipping trainer who walks her through proper stretches and exercises so she doesn't hurt herself?! 'Cause we just attempted to imitate it and, um, may have just pulled about fifty muscles. We should really leave these things to the pros.

Check out Paramore's cover of The Cure's "In Between Days."

Paramore covered the perfect pop song: The Cure's "In Between Days."

What happens when one of our favorite bands covers another favorite band? Aside from our heads exploding from all the AWESOME, all we can do is hit repeat, dance on our desks, and do happy cartwheels around the office. And if our supervisor asks why we haven't gotten anything done all day, we'll just say that Paramore covered The Cure's "In Between Days" AND ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD.

Paramore bows at No. 1 on Billboard 200, Britney Spears' "Ooh La La" will be in The Smurfs 2 + Fall Out Boy go Spinal Tap for Conan in today's Buzz Bites.

Paramore tops the Billboard 200 for the first time!

Paramore's self-titled debut garnered the band its first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart! "I know for a fact we wouldn't have a No. 1 album if it weren't for how dedicated our fans are," Hayley Williams emailed to MTV News. "They just made history for us." (MTV News)

+ Britney Stans, there's a new song coming from Britney Spears! "Remember that new song I recorded for my boys? It's coming soon! #OohLaLa for #TheSmurfs2 :) Stay tuned for more...," she tweeted. "The Smurfs 2" film premieres July 31, and Brit's song will appear during the end credits. (MTV News)

+ Watch Fall Out Boy re-create "This Is Spinal Tap" (with an assist from "Derek Smalls") during their performance of "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)" on "Conan" last night. #TheseGoToEleven (Team Coco)

+ If you missed "Jonas Brothers: Live From MTV," don't fret: Watch clips of the siblings playing "Truth or Twerk" and revealing what inspired their new single "Pom Poms" (hint: it had something to do with a crush of Kevin's). (MTV News)

+ Justin Timberlake's November follow-up to The 20/20 Experience will include material culled for his comeback album, says producer Jerome "J-Roc" Harmon. "We had 30, 40 tracks," he said, adding that JT will also "of course create more music at the same time." (Billboard)

+ After seeing a Destiny's Child reunion at this year's Super Bowl, we've been hoping they might be gearing up for a full-blown tour. According to Michelle Williams, it's possible, but don't hold your breath: "I'm never going to say never, but it'll be a long time." Boo. (E!)

Paramore hit the 2013 MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet with style.

Paramore nailed their Movie Awards red carpet moment!

We probably don't have to spell this out for you, but just in case the pure joy of watching things like Selena Gomez nail her "Come & Get It" performance at last night's 2013 MTV Movie Awards has temporarily paralyzed your brain, then here it is: THE MOVIE AWARDS TOTALLY SLAYED! And wanna know what else did? Paramore's full-on WERQUE moment on the Movie Awards red carpet! Seriously, smizes were on POINT.

Also, do we even have to say anything about the fact that Hayley's socks match her hair, which just so happens to be a full 50/50 division of pink AND orange? Because if you thought we didn't notice that, then you'd be sorely mistaken. Color-coordinating socks and hair aside, amid all the excitement from last night's show, one might think we'd temporarily shelve that OTHER thing we've been obsessed with/unable to stop yacking about this week: Paramore's brand-new fourth album! Riiiiight, and to that we say, "How could you ever even momentarily shelve a work of pure genius!!?" So, not only did Paramore dominate their Movie Awards entrance, but they're totally riding high on the success of their new disc. I mean, the "Still Into You" BALLOON SCENE?! We got nothin' else to say.

Check out our track-by-track review of Paramore's fourth album.

Paramore's forth studio album is finally here!

We've been waiting a long time for Paramore's self-titled fourth album, the group's first as a trio. Despite the smaller lineup, Hayley Williams, Jeremy Davis, and Taylor York have created their most ambitious effort yet, a 17-song set -- dare I say masterpiece? -- that ranges from the band's signature punk anthems to dance floor-ready tracks (and maybe even Celine Dion covers). Yes, Paramore has a lot to say: Let's hear it.

Paramore's brand-new "Still Into You" video is about the free-wheeling sugar high head rush of the brightest days of being in love. But if you look at the subtext, you'll see that the video is OBVIOUSLY about GIFs! Why else would Paramore be poppin' wheelies, riding a canoe in a sea of balloons and leaving Hayley to wake up in a bedroom of cakes (DREAM BEDROOM, by the way!) if it weren't for the ENDLESS Paramore GIF opportunities?

We put our AWARD-WINNING GIF master, T. Kyle MacMahon on the job, and we can't say we're mad at the result; we didn't think Paramore's "Still Into You" video, directed by Isaac Rentz had the teensiest iota of room left for any additional fun, but we were wrong. Check out our Paramore "Still Into You" GIF wall, and watch "Still Into You" video and live Paramore performances from MTV!

Watch Paramore's "Still Into You" video.

Paramore's Hayley Williams explores her cheerful side on "Still Into You."

A woman in love is a beautiful thing. Correction: Paramore's Hayley Williams in love is a beautiful thing. Especially when being in love means waking up surrounded by cake, dancing with ballerinas, and playing in a sea of blue-and-white balloons. In the video for "Still Into You," which drops the same day as Paramore's eponymous LP, Paramore indulge their poppiest sound yet, breaking free of somber imagery from "Misery Business," "Monster," and even the apocalyptic "Now," to flounce around a pastel-colored house in little pink skirts (well, just Hayley flounces -- Taylor York and Jeremy Davis more or less egg her on) in Isaac Rentz's slice of Paramore pop perfection.

NEW ALBUM RELEASES

+ ParamoreParamore: Self-titling their new effort is no doubt a good way to mark a new era, redefine who they are, and take new risks. After Josh and Zac Farro's departure in 2010, Paramore are now a trio of singer Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York, and bassist Jeremy Davis. Beyond the organizational changes, York has stepped in as a songwriter, which contributes to the album's diverse styles. Here, the band explores new terrain, including three stripped-down "Interludes" featuring Hayley Williams' spunky vocals, a gospel choir on "Ain't It Fun," and doo-wop on "One Of Those Crazy Girls." In fact, "Now" is the only vintage Paramore track within the scope of their new material. Also, check out the poppy "Still Into You" lyric video.

+ The Postal Service, Give Up – Deluxe 10th Anniversary Edition: If you missed The Postal Service the first time around, now's your chance to see them live on tour (your last chance, according to their label, Sub Pop), and to hear their essential electro-pop debut (their only full-length album). The original record, created long distance with mailed packages between Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard and Dntel's Jimmy Tamborello, is remastered and packaged with 15 bonus tracks, including new songs "Turn Around" and "A Tattered Line Of String." It also features Iron & Wine's take on The Postal Service's "Such Great Heights" and The Shins' cover of "We Will Become Silhouettes."

+ TygaHotel California: For his third effort, the 15-song set boasts star guest collabs with Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz, and Future, but one particular collab was surprising: Listen to the NSFW "Hit 'Em Up" with Jadakiss, which features lines from 2pac's "Thugs Get Lonely Too," "Thug 4 Life," and "Komradz" spliced to sound like the deceased rap legend and Tyga are trading rhymes. While the song bears the name of 2Pac's 1996 diss track, Tyga told MTV News that it's not a remake."When you're talking about 'Hit 'Em Up' you ain't really dissing nobody, but you lettin' it be known that you don't rock with certain people." Also check out "Molly," his collab with Wiz Khalifa, and Mally Mall.

Check out more new album releases, upcoming TV appearances, and performances after the jump.
